Bilateral adrenalectomy in a patient with congenital adrenal hyperplasia

We present the case of a 33-year-old woman diagnosed with congenital adrenal hyperplasia (CAH) due to classical 21-hydroxylase deficiency following a salt-losing crisis as a newborn.
